Olcote Farm - Static Caravan Booking Terms and Conditions
A completed booking form together with a deposit must be received within 7 days
of the telephone/email reservation. Where this does not happen, we reserve the
right to re-let.
The outstanding balance payment must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday, payment is required in full at time of booking.
In the case of a cancellation the deposit will only be returned if we are able
to re-let the accommodation. Once the balance has been paid refunds will only be
considered in certain circumstances at the owner’s discretion and subject to the time remaining
to the holiday and a replacement booking being obtained. We recommend
that you have holiday insurance.
The caravan will be available to the people specified on the booking form; no other
persons will be allowed to stay overnight. The number of people occupying the
caravan must not exceed 4.
The caravan and equipment must be left in a clean condition and all damage and
breakages must be reported and paid for.
Strictly no smoking in the caravan. Smoking is only permitted outside, and
cigarette ends must be carefully deposited in the site bins.
We allow 1 small, well behaved dog in our caravan for an additional cost of £15 per
week. They must not be allowed on the furniture and never left unattended in the
caravan. Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst at Olcote Farm Caravan Site.
Check-in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival. You will need to vacate the
caravan by 10.30am on the day of departure. Keys must be returned before you
leave.
No charging of electric vehicles is allowed from the caravan or electric points.
The management reserve the right to enter the caravan at any time during your
stay should there be any cause for concern.
No liability whatsoever shall be attached to the management in the event of:
Death, injury howsoever caused, illness inconvenience or any other misadventure.
Loss of, or any damage to, or theft of property including motor vehicles.
Unavailability of any amenity, service, or caravan due to circumstances beyond the control of the management.
Olcote Farm – Touring Site Booking Terms and Conditions
Arrival is from 10.30am onwards and we ask if you to vacate the site by 11am on day of
departure. We will do our best, where possible, to accommodate earlier or later departures,
please do let us know if you are running ahead of schedule or are running
later than expected.
Deposit and Payment information - we accept cash or BACS transfer (details available on request).
Full payment is due at time of booking for one to three nights stay.
Bookings for four nights or more requires a £25 deposit at time of booking.
Bookings for fourteen nights or more requires a £50 deposit at the time of booking (£25 for each week booked)
Bookings for Twenty-one nights or more requires a £75 deposit (£25 for each week booked)
The remaining balance of the holiday can be paid in advance or must be paid on the day of arrival.
In the case of a cancellation, transfer of deposits and/or balance is entirely at the owners discretion and you may be charged an administration fee of £25. We recommend that you have holiday insurance.
No refunds for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures. We recommend
that you have holiday insurance.
Pitches will be allocated on arrival. We will try to accommodate preferred pitches where possible
but please note this may not always be possible and subject to weather conditions.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Fouling must be cleaned up immediately.
No charging of electric vehicles is allowed from any of the electric points.
Guests are kindly requested to dispose of rubbish in the allocated area and follow guidance
for recycling and non-recycling. We recommend our visitors use green toilet fluid as this
is more environmentally friendly.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any person or terminate the visit of any
person whose conduct we feel is detrimental to us or our other visitors.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, to your property
or vehicles, or any injury to you or your visitors whilst staying at our CL.
